A new afghan WIP and an Award

Hellloooo!!! Life is very busy these days. I am not getting enough time for myself. But I did manage to squeeze in time to make a few grannies. These are being made as part of an ongoing stash busting attempt. I really liked this and this and thought, why not. I have also joined One a Day@ Gingerbread Girl to finish my granny throw. Started working on that, but more about it later.

Made a jacket for a tin. Something to keep my straight needles.

I got the versatile blogger award from Barbara@Made in K-town. She does beautiful crochet work. Please visit her blog if you haven't already. Thank You Barbara!! To accept this I need to share a few facts about me and pass it on to a few blogs I like.

1. I looovvveee flowers.
2. Clearing clutter and cleaning really helps me when I am feeling down.
3. I have 2 best best best friends. We have been friends since class 4.
4. I love the show F.R.I.E.N.D.S and own DVDs of all 10 seasons.
5. I love music and want to learn to play the guitar someday.

Passing it on to some lovely blogs that I like.

It is perfectly fine if you do not want to accept it. Just want to let you know that I love your blogs.

Before I go, let me show you a new member in my small balcony garden!!

Thank you so much for the award! You are so sweet :)

It was fun learning more about you too. I am a HUGE fan of Friends as well. We have gone through all 10 seasons I don't know how many times!

Have a great day!

Congrats on your award.. and, I'm jealous of your new addition to your balcony garden. I am the official plant killer in my family and I can even kill the cacti if given a chance. ;-)
